In celebration of World Chimpanzee Day we are launching this shirt to commemorate the day that Dr. Jane Goodall first stepped into the Gombe Stream National Park to study wild chimpanzees on July 14, 1960. Six decades later her impact on reasearch and conservation has shaped the animal care field.
Zoos and Aquariums play a vital role in conservation, research, and educating millions of guests every year about wild animals, the places they live, and different ways that you can help conserve species and preserve their habitats.
Wildlife Conservation Centers, Sanctuaries, & Rehabilitation centers around the globe educate through their missions while ensuring that wild species, like the chimpanzee, have a chance at living safe and healthy lives by providing medical care & a safe place to live.
Do your research, and you too can help do your part locally and globally. Even if it's by conserving water, recycling old cell phones, purchasing responsible consumer products, or donating to animal organizations.
