Q: Does Rack & Plume have a phone number?

Q: How do I contact Rack & Plume?

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?
A: We create all our decor custom to each order based, so please allow us 5-10 business days to create your order. Once a tracking number is sent to your e-mail address, shipping will take 2-8 days to arrive to your address (most packages are delivered in 3 days via USPS & UPS). PLEASE NOTE that these time are approximations and that Rack & Plume cannot guarantee shipping times
Q: Can I add items to my original order?
A: You can add additional items to your original order prior to shipment confirmation is sent to your e-mail address by sending us an e-mail to RackAndPlume@gmail.com. PLEASE NOTE that additional shipping fees may apply based on weight of package. Once an order has shipped you will have to create a new, separate order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We have begun shipping products internationally, so if you do not see an option for your area when checking out send us an email to RackAndPlume.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Q: Do you guarantee shipping times?
A: No, Rack & Plume does not guarantee shipping times.

Q: I've placed my order, now what?
A: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order is processed and assembled (5-10 business days), a shipping label will be created and an email will be sent to the email address that you provided during checkout. This email will contain a number and additional shipping information. Please allow approximately 24 hours for tracking information to become available. PLEASE NOTE that shipping times are NOT guaranteed.
